Green Elephant Walk works well with highly sensitive individuals who respond exceptionally well to this kind of work. Those who have had cranial osteopathy previously, energy work, massage, acupunture, sound healing, tai chi, reiki or sound baths are very responsive to the work that I do. If you have none that is OK and are curious and want to give it a go. Both my children are very familiar and have had osteopathy and sound since they were born.
Traditional Osteopathy
Individual, highly specific based on the persons needs. Techniques to align the body for long term health and well being such as massage, high velocity low amplitude (manipulation), articulation, counterstain and muscle energy technique. This may include trigger point dry needling, myofascial cupping, functional movement.
